Consent to personal data processing


  1. Introductory clause

AQE advisors, a.s., with registered office: třída Kpt. Jaroše 1944/31, Černá Pole (Brno-střed), 602 00 Brno, ID No.: 26954770 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), hereby informs about the basic policies and principles in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 et seq. of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation”), on the basis of which the Company, as controller, handles the personal data of persons who have filled in the form on the website www.academyhub.cz, on the Company’s affiliated websites (www.aqeacademy.cz) or on the Company’s social networks, in particular.

  1. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

The Company, as a personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), processes and stores the personal data of the data subject for the following purposes, in particular in connection with the completion of an order or, for example, a non-binding enquiry, under the conditions and within the limits set out in the applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation:

– the performance of the legal relationship with the data subject;

– keeping internal customer records;

– marketing and promotion of the company.

  1. Scope of personal data processing

Personal data of data subjects are processed in the following scope: name, surname, title, job title at the place of work, e-mail, company identification data, address of the natural person.

  1. Duration of processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to ensure mutual rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship and for marketing purposes for the duration of the consent to the processing of personal data, for a maximum of 5 years from the date of the last consent.

  1. Information on potential recipients and intention to transmit information

The personal data provided by the data subject are provided by the controller to the following natural or legal persons, public authorities or other entities (hereinafter referred to as “recipients”):

– for the purpose of marketing, personal data is processed by the ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., company ID: 02762943.

The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country or an international organisation.

  1. Further information on the processing of personal data

The personal data of the data subject are processed automatically in electronic form.

The data subject has the right to request the controller to provide information about the processing of his or her personal data.

The data subject shall have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay. Considering the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional declaration.

The data subject shall have the right to have the controller erase the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay and the controller shall be obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if one of the grounds set out in the General Data Protection Regulation applies.

The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller, without hindrance from the controller, in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Where the processing of personal data is based on consent to the processing of personal data provided by the data subject, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

If the data subject considers that there has been a breach of the law in relation to the protection of his or her personal data, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The data subject consents to (or, in the case of a person enrolling the data subject in a training programme, the person enrolling the data subject hereby indicates that he or she has the authority from the data subject to grant such consent) the controller processing his or her personal data in accordance with the above information.

These terms and conditions come into force on 1 September 2023.
